  • Support data: tickets, messages, attachments, and knowledge base content you create

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the EasyHelpPanel service
  • Process transactions and send billing notifications
  • Send service-related communications such as verification emails and security alerts
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features, your ticket and knowledge base content may be sent to third-party AI providers using your own API keys. We do not use your support data to train AI models. AI processing is initiated only by your explicit actions or automated rules you configure.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use encryption at rest and in transit. Sensitive credentials such as IMAP/SMTP passwords and AI API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Session tokens are securely hashed.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your account is suspended or frozen due to non-payment, data is retained for a grace period before permanent deletion. You may request data export at any time through your account settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for:

  • Payment processing: Stripe (USD) and Razorpay (INR)
  • Email delivery: SMTP services for transactional emails
  • AI providers: as configured by you through BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
  • GeoIP: for session location identification

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

7. Cookies and Sessions

We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Session cookies are HTTP-only and have configurable expiration.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data stored in our systems
  • Correct inaccurate information in your account
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a standard format
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing

9. Children

EasyHelpPanel is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
