1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EasyHelpPanel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
EasyHelpPanel is a customer support platform that provides a unified inbox, email channel integration, embeddable chat widgets, AI-powered response tools, knowledge base management, and team collaboration features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service without prior written consent
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of EasyHelpPanel is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the service. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service.
6. AI Features
EasyHelpPanel offers AI-powered features that use third-party AI providers. When you use these features with your own API keys (BYOK), you are subject to the terms and policies of the respective AI provider. We do not store your AI API keys in plain text.
7. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are displayed in your selected currency (USD or INR). Free trials do not require payment information. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyHelpPanel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
